基于强化预处理工艺的某锂矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于强化预处理作业的锂矿选矿工艺, 即预先脱除磁性脉石及易浮脉石后再采用新型含锂矿物捕收剂BK317-2对含锂矿物进行回收。结果表明, 强化含锂矿物浮选前的脉石预处理工艺, 有利于提高锂精矿Li2O品位, 与直接浮选相比, 强化预处理-浮选工艺所得锂精矿Li2O品位提升了1.31个百分点。

Abstract:A lithium ore beneficiation process with the enhanced pretreatment is introduced. The lithium-containing ore was pretreated for the removal of magnetic gangue and the easily-floatable gangue, and a new collector (BK317-2) was adopted for the recovery of lithium from lithium-containing minerals. The results show that the enhanced pretreatment employed before the flotation of lithium-containing minerals is beneficial to improve the Li2O grade of lithium concentrate. Compared with the direct flotation process without the pretreatment, the Li2O grade of lithium concentrate by this new technique has increased by 1.31 percentage points.
