高磷鲕状赤铁矿还原焙烧同步脱磷工艺研究

摘    要:为开发利用鄂西"宁乡式"高磷鲕状赤铁矿,进行了添加脱磷剂还原焙烧-磁选的试验研究。对还原剂煤用量、脱磷剂NCP用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等条件进行了研究。结果表明,还原剂煤用量为40%,脱磷剂NCP用量为20%,1 000℃下焙烧60 min,再经细磨、磁选,可以达到提高铁品位、降低磷的效果,最终得到产品铁品位90.09%,铁回收率88.91%,磷品位0.06%。

Abstract:To exploit and utilize the oolite hematite ore of Ningxiang type in western Hubei, a research on reducing roasting-magnetic separation with dephosphorization agent was carried out. The influence of processing parameters such as the consumption of the reducing agent (coal), the dosage of the dephophorization agent (NCP), the roasting temperature and the roasting time, were investigated. The oolite hematite ore was roasted for 60 mins at a temperature of 1000 ℃, with a coal and a NCP dosage accounting for 40% and 20% of the roaster feed, respectively, and after a further fine-grinding and magnetic separation, an effect of upgrading iron and dephosphorization can be expected. A concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 90.09% and 88.91%, respectively, and with a phosphorus content of less than 0.06%, can be obtained.
