摘    要:为了对残矿回采方案进行科学评判, 以新疆某铁矿为工程背景, 首次结合层次分析法和灰色关联逼近理想解法构建残矿回采方案优选模型。从安全、经济、技术3大因素综合考虑影响残矿回采的诸多不确定因素, 通过层次分析法和MATLAB辅助计算确定合理的指标权重向量, 然后利用灰色关联TOPSIS确定3种待评方案(中深孔无底柱分段崩落采矿法, 露天地下联合开采法, 中深孔崩矿嗣后充填法)与灰色关联理想解的相对贴近度为0.3025, 0.7975和0.4438, 故露天地下联合开采法回收残矿是最优方案。

Abstract:In order to scientifically evaluate the recovery method for remaining ore, an optimized model was built for the remaining ore recovery scheme in an iron mine of Xinjiang by adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), together with Grey Correlation and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(GC-TOPSIS). A lot of uncertain factors influencing the remaining ore recovery were taken into account in terms of safety, economy and technology. A weight vector of indexes was decided by calculation with AHP and MATLAB, and GC-TOPSIS was used to determine the relative closeness coefficient between Grey correlation ideal solution and three mining schemes (including non-pillar sublevel caving method with medium-hole drilling, a combined mining method of open-pit and underground, and backfill after  medium-length hole caving method). The relative closeness of 0.3025, 0.7975, 0.4438, were obtained respectively, indicating the combination of open-pit and underground mining is the optimal method for recovering the remaining ore.
