摘    要:研究了在十二烷基硫酸钠/ 正丁醇/正庚烷/ 水组成的阴离子型微乳液介质中, Cu(Ⅱ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)的显色反应。在1 mol/ L 的NaAc 溶液中, Cu(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP 形成稳定的橙红色络合物, 其最大吸收波长为550 nm, 表观摩尔系数为9.53×104 L/(mol·cm), 铜量在0~8 μg/ 25 mL 范围内符合比耳定律。本法用于烧结矿和普通钢样品中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定, 获得满意结果。

Abstract:The indicative reaction of copper(Ⅱ)with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol in the medium of anionic microemulsion of Sodium dodecyl sulphate /n-Butanol /n-Heptane/Water was studied.In 1 mol/L NaAC medium, the reagent reacts with Cu(Ⅱ)to form a stable orange complex, the maximum absorption of the complex lie at 550 nm with a molar absorptivity of 9.53 ×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer' law is obeyed in the range of 0~8 μg/25 mL.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of Cu(Ⅱ)in sinterore and common steel with satisfactory results.
