无煤柱错层位巷道布置煤与瓦斯共采技术研究

摘    要:针对宏岩煤矿2#煤层煤与瓦斯突出严重,本文提出了对2#煤下方8#煤层采用无煤柱错层位巷道布置煤与瓦斯共采技术,该技术主要通过分析合理设计8#煤层开采方法,从而对2#煤层完成全卸压,并在卸压后采用地面钻孔瓦斯抽采法,对2#煤层瓦斯进行抽采,以此保证2#煤层回采时的安全可靠性。通过分析最终确定了8#煤层采用无煤柱错层位巷道布置工作面,相关工艺参数为:工作面长度128m,日推进速度4.5m。

Abstract:In view of the macro rock coal 2#coal seam of coal and gas outburst is serious,this paper puts forward the 2#coal 8#coal seam under no wrong layer a roadway layout of coal and gas coal pillar mining technology,the technology is mainly based on the analysis of the reasonable design of 8#coal bed mining method,so as to complete the whole pressure relief on 2#coal seam,and the ground borehole after pressure relief gas extraction method,extraction of 2#coal seam gas to ensure the safety and reliability of the 2#coal seam mining.Through analysis,it is finally determined that no.8#coal seam adopts coal pillar free cross-bedding roadway layout,and the relevant technological parameters are:the length of working face is 125m,and the daily propulsion speed is 4.2m.
