摘    要:为解决22109工作面采空区CO的超限问题,对采空区注氮气技术机理进行分析,结合22019工作面的具体地质条件,对注氮降低工作面采空区CO含量的方案进行具体设计。结果表明,注氮方案实施后,采空区内的CO的浓度降低至20ppm以下,解决了CO超限的问题,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of over-limit of CO in the goaf of 22109 working face,through the analysis of the mechanism of nitrogen injection technology in the goaf,combined with the specific geological conditions of the working face of 22019,the scheme of reducing the CO content in the goaf of the working face by the nitrogen injection scheme Carry out specific design.The results show that after the implementation of the nitrogen injection scheme,the concentration of CO in the goaf is reduced to less than 20ppm,which solves the problem of CO overrun and provides a guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
