深孔注浆加固技术在大采高工作面末采阶段的应用

摘    要:为解决寺河矿5303大采高工作面在末采阶段出现的片帮、冒顶问题,通过分析大采高工作面煤壁破坏机理,提出深孔注浆加固技术。通过对末采段深孔注浆钻孔及注浆方案设计、注浆材料及设备选取,工程实践效果表明:实施深孔注浆后末采段煤柱的煤体结构强度得以增强,工作面两巷及回撤巷围岩变形速率减缓,回采期间片帮次数由每班11次降低至每班6次,最后的50 m仅用时8 d便顺利回采结束,未发生较大片帮及冒顶事故,保证末采阶段工作面的推进度,实现末采段的安全生产及回采设备的顺利回撤。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of caving and roof caving in 5303 large mining height working face in the final mining stage of Si-he Mine, the deep-hole grouting reinforcement technology is put forward by analyzing the failure mechanism of coal wall in large mining height working face. Through the design of deep-hole grouting drilling and grouting scheme, selection of grouting materials and equipment in the final mining section, the engineering practice results show that:after the implementation of deep hole grouting at the end of the period of coal body structure strength of coal pillar can strengthen, face and retreat two lane roadway deformation rate slows, recovery period for times by 11/class to reduce to 6 times/class, the final 50 m ended in stoping in only takes 8 days, not a big help and roof caving accidents, guarantee the mining stage at the end of the working face impelling speed,The safety production of the final mining section and the smooth withdrawal of the mining equipment are realized.
