| Abstract: | Through analyzing the complicated situations confronted by SOE coalmines, the article puts forward that the fundamental resolution is innovation. This article also expatiates how Suncun Coalmine cultivated its long-term developing competitive advantages with strategic innovation: to get rid of bondage of out-dated thoughts with innovative concept, to lower the operating cost with technical innovation, to realize orderly operation by management innovation, to simulate every production factor with innovative mechanism, finally to form the core competitive advantages of Suncun Coalmine. |
