摘    要:矿业权设置方案是在矿产资源规划的基础上,对一定区域内矿业权空间布局的详细安排,是矿业权新立和调整的重要依据。本研究以云南鹤庆北衙金多金属矿整装勘查区的矿业权设置为例,对其勘查工作布局和矿业权现状进行研究,为已有矿业权的调整和空白区新立矿业权提供依据,并对矿业权设置进行合理性分析。为整装勘查区科学合理的设置矿业权提供经验。

Abstract:On the basis of the mineral resource planning, mineral properties setting scheme is a detailed arrangement of spatial distribution of mineral properties in a certain area. It is the important basis for recently-established and adjusted mineral properties. This study took mineral properties setting of gold polymetallic ore in equipped exploration district in Beiya, Heqing, Yunnan province for example, researched its work layout of exploration and current situation of mineral properties. It provided a theoretical basis for adjustment of the existing mineral properties and recently-established mineral properties in bland area, analyzed the rationality of mineral properties setting, and provided experience for scientifically setting mineral properties in equipped exploration district.
