摘    要:拉利玛是以蓝色为主的达到宝石级的针钠钙石集合体,仅产于多米尼加共和国东南部的巴拉奥纳省,产自火山岩地区,围岩强烈蚀变,热液作用形成。本文从其宝石学特征进行研究,根据其物理性质、化学性质及光谱学特征与相似宝石进行区分;其品质的评价和收藏可从颜色、纹理、净度、光泽与透明度、切工和重量等进行考量,其中颜色是考虑的首要因素;保养时应注意划伤、腐蚀和光热。

Abstract:Larimar is a wide variety of blue gem-grade pectolite aggregate only found in Barahona province, southeast of Dominican Republic now. It is hosted in igneous rocks and formed in hydrothermal process. The wallrock is strongly altered. Research on its gemological characteristics, based on its physical, chemical, optical and spectral properties, can distinguish larimar from gemstones with similar colour. The evaluation and collection could be considered from the colour, surface texture, clarity, luster,transparency, cut and weight. Among them, the colour is most important. The scratch, erosion, strong light and high temperature should be avoided in the maintenance.
