| 摘 要： | 采用四变量三水平的正交设计方案，利用多元回归分析方法，评价了球介质的充填率，磨矿浓度，料球比以及磨机转速率对球磨机声响的影响，并建立了球磨机声响的数学模型，为进一步研究球磨机声响在球磨机检测和自动控制中的应用奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | With the help of orthogonal design and multiviariate regression analysis,the influences of ball charge,pulp density and ore|ball ratio on the sound of ball mill are studied.On this basis,a mathematical model to diagnose the ball mill sound is established.The model is a good foundation for further research of sound applied to the fields of inspection and automatic control of ball mill. |
