自然资源统一确权登记业务框架初探

业务框架是自然资源统一确权登记工作的重要组成部分和基础支撑。本文基于相关文件要求和自然资源确权登记试点工作实际,对自然资源确权登记业务的需求和流程进行了分析,在此基础上构建了以调查、登记、研究、应用四个板块为主体的自然资源统一确权登记业务框架,借助确权登记的成果体系,阐述了四个板块之间的系统架构和逻辑关联性,可以为自然资源确权登记工作的全面开展提供基础参考。

A preliminary study on business framework of right unified verification and registration of natural resources

The business framework is an important part and basic support of right unified verification and registration of natural resources. Based on the requirements of relevant documents and the work practice, this paper analyzes the main requirements and workflow of the business system of right unified verification and registration of natural resources. Based on this, the paper build a framework of the right unified verification and registration of natural resources with four parts as the main body of investigation, registration, research and application. Furthermore, with production system, the system structure and logical connection between the four parts were described in this paper. From the research, a basis reference can be provided for the overall progress of right unified verification and registration of natural resources in our country.
