千万吨级矿井集群的开发建设是当前煤炭产业发展的趋势。对于老矿区建设发展千万吨级矿井集群,面临着由资源赋存、理念创新、技术突破以及管理变革等方面难点。立足自身条件,大同煤矿集团创新发展了双系煤田、整装煤田、整合矿井三种千万吨级矿井的建设模式,在深入研究三种模式的基础上,归纳其在设计理念、开采方式、技术应用以及管理方式等方面的创新之处,总结大同煤矿集团千万吨矿井建设开发模式,为其他同类型千万吨级矿井建设创新提供一定的理论指导意义。

The construction and development model study on ten million tons mine cluster of Datong Coal Mine Group

The construction of ten million tons mine cluster is the current trend of the coal industry development. The construction for the old mining area is faced with many difficulties. Such as the storage of resource, the innovation of concept, technological breakthroughs, management changes and so on. Combined with its own characteristics, Datong coal mine group has innovated and developed the construction mode of three models of 10-million-ton mines with double-system coalfields, fully-equipped coalfields and integrated mines.
