摘    要:为促进新疆自然保护区科学化建设与矿产资源的合理开发利用,实现资源开发与生态环境保护协调发展。本文结合新疆自然保护区和矿产资源的现状,针对保护区矿产资源信息化建设、智能化查询以及管理的需求,将自然保护区管理与矿产资源管理综合起来,打破部门间信息孤岛,保证信息的实时共享。运用Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境下的C#.NET语言与ArcGIS Engine组件式技术进行系统开发,采用C/S结构且选择SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库,对新疆自然保护区和矿产资源信息的查询检索、空间分析、预警预测等功能进行设计开发,促进新疆矿业与自然保护区生态环境的可持续发展。

Abstract:To promote the scientific construction of Xinjiang nature reserve and the rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, realizing the coordinated development of resource exploitation and ecological environment protection. This paper combines nature reserves with mineral resources in current situation in Xinjiang, facing the needs of the information construction, intelligent query and the management of mineral resources in nature reserve. This system implements integrated management of nature reserve and mineral resources, aims to break the information island among departments, to ensure the sharing of information at all times. It use the C#.NET language under integrated development of the Visual Studio2010 and ArcGIS Engine component technology to develop a system which adopts C/S structure and selects SQL Server2008 as the background database. This system can be used to design and develop the functions of query and retrieval, spatial analysis, early warning and forecasting in Xinjiang nature reserve and mineral resources, finally it will promotes the sustainable development of mining and ecological environment of nature reserves in Xinjiang.
