卢安夏铜矿露天开采下采空区顶板安全厚度研究

摘    要:地下采空区给露天生产带来了极大的危害,采空区顶板安全厚度的确定是露天生产的重要安全保障。为了研究卢安夏铜矿露天开采下采空区顶板安全厚度,通过对矿山原有采矿技术条件和地质资料的分析及现场实地测量和调查并结合钻孔探测等手段,确定了露天矿下采空区的分布情况。以此分析地下采空区与露天境界空间关系并对露天边坡危险区进行区划,利用理论计算和数值模拟手段对最危险区域的采空区顶板安全厚度进行研究。结果表明:在最危险区域范围内,对不同采空区范围,不同位置的采空区进行模拟结果分析,露天开采的采空区隔离层安全厚度为16m(2个台阶高度),采空区对露天开采的影响较小。

Abstract:The underground goaf has brought great harm to the outdoor production, and the roof safety thickness is an important safety guarantee for outdoor production. To study the luanshya copper strip mining goaf under safe thickness of roof in luanshya original mining technical conditions and analysis of geological data and in-situ measurement and investigation and combined with borehole detecting means, such as to determine the distribution of the open-pit mine goaf under. To analysis of underground mined-out area with open state space relations and on the slope of danger division, means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the most dangerous area of goaf roof safety thickness are studied. Results show that within the scope of the most dangerous areas, with different range and different position of mined-out area to analyze the simulation results, the strip mining goaf safety isolation layer thickness is 16 m height) (two steps, mined-out area have less effect on the strip mining.
