摘    要:矿业城市在我国经济建设中占有重要地位。如何提升矿业城市的核心竞争力,促进其可持续发展,是时下亟待解决的重大课题。文章以此为视角,选取万元GDP能耗、人均固定资产投资、污染治理投资占GDP比重3个投入指标和矿业废弃物综合利用率、矿山破坏土地恢复率2个产出指标,形成矿业城市效率评价指标体系;从不同区域选取9座不同类型的矿业城市为研究对象,以3座"优秀矿业城市"为参照,借助DEA方法对其发展瓶颈和效率进行评估与优化。研究结果表明,通过深入挖掘矿业城市的资源潜力、构建多元发展战略、并通过技术创新强化生态环境保护工作等,可以完成矿业城市的能力重整,提升矿业城市的核心竞争力。

Abstract:mining city occupies an important position in China"s economic construction, but to provide a large amount of energy, industrial raw materials and agricultural means of production to the society at the same time, due to weaker demand and resource prices, development of mining city is in a difficult position. How to promote the sustainable development of mining city, has become a major issue to be solved at present. From this perspective, the innovation in the field of ecology, sustainable development of mining city are analyzed, to test the class of city sustainable development bottleneck and efficiency evaluation and optimization, finally from multiple levels gives way to the sustainable development of the mining city alternative.
