摘    要:本文以山西省采煤土地损毁为研究对象,基于不同类型的土地损毁系数计算得出山西省2000~2010年间煤炭开采平均土地损毁系数为0.2509hm2/万t煤。采用散点拟合法和多元回归分析法,立足不同尺度探讨了损毁土地面积与影响因素之间关系。研究表明:在山西省尺度,煤炭基础储量、耕地面积是影响土地损毁面积的负相关性因素,而地区生产总值、煤炭工业投资是影响土地损毁面积的正相关性因素。在煤炭基地尺度,体现出地区生产总值对土地损毁面积的正相关性,耕地面积对土地损毁面积的负相关性。在煤炭产地尺度,基本上能体现出地区生产总值对土地损毁面积的正相关性,但耕地面积对土地损毁面积的负相关性体现不明显。此外,山西省尺度和煤炭基地尺度是利用地区生产总值和耕地面积控制采煤土地损毁面积的最佳尺度。

Impact factors of coal mining land damageat different scales in Shanxi Province

Abstract:This paper explores the roles and differences of impact factors to the land damage area from the scales of Shanxi province scale, coal base scale and coal production county (city or district) scale from the perspective of environmental economics, and linking coal resources exploitation scale. In the process of research, firstly, the average land damage coefficient was calculated according to the land damage coefficient based on landform types and land damage coefficient based on damaging types. During 2000-2010, the average land damage coefficient for the production of per ten thousand tons of coal is in a range of 0.2503~0.2515hm2 in Shanxi Province, with an average value of 0.2509hm2. Secondly, the four factors that impose significant influences on coal mining scales, including the basic coal reserve, the gross regional product, the coal industry investment and arable land area, were selected in this study to investigate their correlations to the land damage area from different scales. Particularly, both multivariate and single variable regression equations were obtained, by which the impacts imposed by various factors upon land damage area can be quantitatively characterized. Meanwhile, the differences as well as the similarities of the impacts that imposed by these factors upon land damage area at different scales were also quantitatively investigated. At the Shanxi province scale, the land damage area negatively correlate to the basic coal reserve, the arable land area, while positively correlate to the gross regional product, the coal industry investment. Similarly, at the coal production base scale, the land damage area in all three coal production bases are positively correlated to the gross regional product while negatively correlated to the arable land area, and the impact of arable land area is more obvious at this scale. In contrast, at the coal production county (city or district) scale, a positive correlation between the land damage area and the gross regional product is significant, whereas a negative correlation between the land damage area and arable land area can not be identified. Meanwhile, Shanxi province scale and coal base scale are the optimal scales on controlling land damage area based on gross regional product and arable land area.
