| Abstract: | This paper has discussed the functions of the constituent elements of mining right market, and has expounded the relationship and operation mechanism of each element in mining right market, in order to study the important role of mining right market in optimizing the allocation of mineral resources. The paper has put forward that we should continue strengthening the construction of mining right market system from the following aspects: improve the evaluation of industry regulations and standards system, reduce the administrative interference, improve the mechanism of information disclosure and etc. |
