| 摘 要： | 随着燃气市场的不断开拓与壮大,各燃气公司采用不同的合作方式扩张市场,比如股权收购、实物资产模式,每种方式都存在风险。本文对三种实物资产合作形式进行风险分析,提出解决方法,为企业防范风险起到借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | With the constant developing and expansion of the gas market,,some Gas enterprises using different ways to expand markets, such as the mode of equity acquisition, tangible asset contribution and ect...But there are risks in every model. In this paper, analysis risk through three types of tangible assets cooperation, put forward the solution, to prevent the risk of enterprises play a reference role. |
