| 摘 要： | 本文梳理了我国不同阶段地质调查项目预算标准发展现状,阐述了自然资源要素综合观测工作特点,分析对比了其与传统地质调查项目的差异性；基于现有地质调查项目预算标准的适用范围和自然资源要素综合观测工作的特殊性,提出制定符合自然资源要素综合观测工作特点的经费定额预算标准的三点粗浅思考建议,以期为健全完善地质调查项目经费预算标准体系提供帮助。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the development status of budget standards for geological survey projects at different stages in China is summarized, the characteristics of comprehensive observation of natural resource elements are elaborated, and the differences between them and traditional geological survey projects are analyzed and compared. Based on the existing geological survey project budget standard applicable scope and the particularity of natural resources comprehensive observation work, put forward the comprehensive observation for natural resources elements characteristics of funding budget quota standard three-point shallow Suggestions, in order to consummate the geological survey project budget standard system to offer help. |
