| 摘 要： | 奥地利油气资源主要依靠进口。在加强国际合作的同时,进口途径、来源的多元化,应用新技术增加油气勘探开发核心竞争力,加强国内天然气的勘探开发,注重油气储备,是奥地利主要的油气资源战略。我国在开展油气资源战略研究时,应借鉴奥地利的有益经验,注重国内外两个市场、两种资源的合理配置,加强三维地震勘探和精细油藏描述以及超深井、深水钻探、山地地震、难动用储量开发等技术的攻关和应用,加强国内油气工业信息的整理、汇总和分析研究,为国家宏观决策提供科学依据。
