地下深部铜矿排水自动化系统研究与实践

摘    要:本文针对国内地下深部铜矿矿山已建成的井下排水自动化控制系统中存在的问题,以铜矿井下排水自动化系统设计和建设为背景,介绍了排水自动化系统的功能要求、控制关键、实现方式、联动智能分析,该系统以电动阀门改造、Wincc软件等为建设平台,结合水仓水位、主管道压力和流量、阀门开度智能感知等数据,采用地下深部多级联动排水智能调控,远程自动对离心泵、电动闸阀等控制,实现了排水系统远程智能控制。

Abstract:In the text so many problems were aimed about drainage automatic control system in underground mine in China,the copper mine drainage automatic design and construction were based,the requirements,functions and approach on automatic was introduced,the system regarded the Wincc software as a platform,the data was implemented about the water warehouse water level,main pipe pressure and flow,intelligent sensing of valve opening,the intelligent regulation of multi-stage linkage drainage in the deep underground was adopted, the remote automatic control of centrifugal pump and electric gate valve was realized, the requirement was met on reducing stuffs and improving efficacy through the monitoring center control,the foundation was established in order to realize the remote intelligent control of drainage system.
