探讨闭库尾矿库改建固废填埋场的安全稳定性

摘    要:基于某闭库尾矿库改建固废填埋场实例,分析探讨了改建过程中影响尾矿库与固废填埋场安全稳定的三个重要影响因素,即滩面沉降、尾矿坝与固废堆积体稳定性、排洪可靠性。通过分析可知,滩面因固废堆载引起的沉降量较小,尾矿坝与固废堆积体安全稳定,排洪系统能够可靠运行,使用闭库尾矿库改建固废填埋场,既解决了填埋场选址问题又解决了闭库尾矿库再利用问题,节约了大量土地资源。

Abstract:Based on an example of the reconstruction of solid waste landfill from closed tailing reservoir, three important factors influencing the safety and stability of tailings reservoir and solid waste landfill in the reconstruction process are analyzed and discussed, i.e. dry beach settlement, Stability of tailings dam and solid waste accumulation, reliability of flood drainage. The results show that the settlement of dry beach caused by solid waste loading is small, tailings dam and solid waste accumulation are safe and stable, the flood drainage can be worked reliably, use closed tailing reservoir rebuild into solid waste landfill, it not only solves the problem of landfill site selection, but also solves the problem of reusing closed tailing reservoir, saveSlargeSamountSofSland resources.
