| 摘 要： | 合作共赢是中国对外开放的重要原则.中国人均矿产资源拥有量较低.石油、铁、铜、铝、钾盐等大宗战略性矿产相对短缺,决定了我国在立足国内矿产资源供给的同时,需要更多地利用境外矿产资源.世界矿产资源非常丰富,亚洲、非洲、南美洲资源潜力巨大.大多数发展中国家尚未进入大规模工业化的矿产资源高消耗阶段,为我国通过境外风险勘查、投资并购、国际矿产品贸易等多种途径更多地利用境外矿产资源,提供了有利条件和所史机遇. |
