摘    要:随着色选、XRF、XRT、激光诱导、微波等传感检测技术的快速发展,基于先进传感器的矿石拣选技术引起全球知名矿业企业的高度关注。矿石预富集,又称预分选和预选抛废等,多指在矿石进入细碎和磨矿等加工流程前根据特征差异提前进行分选的技术,对降低成本、提高品位、环境保护、减碳应对气候变化具有重要积极意义。当前矿石预富集虽然仍在快速发展已经逐渐形成了原理、方法、技术、设备、矿山应用和效果评价的成熟链条。由于各种原因,美日等国在矿石分选领域并不占优势,欧洲和澳大利亚的技术研发和矿业应用较为先进,中国企业虽然起步较晚但也发展较快。而最近兴起的基于解决方案的矿石富集综合技术产品又在一定程度上延续了欧洲先进选矿企业的优势和市场份额。预富集技术的应用效果及量化评价主要体现在品位提高、废石去除、回收率、用水和耗能以及生产效率等方面。鉴于人工智能、传感器技术和大数据的飞速发展,基于先进传感器的矿石预富集技术必将迎来快发展和大应用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of COLOR, XRF, XRT, laser induction, microwave and other sensor detection technologies, ore sorting technology based on advanced sensors has attracted great attention from well-known mining companies around the world. Pre-enrichment of ore, also known as pre-sorting and pre-selection and discarding, mostly refers to the technology of sorting in advance according to certain characteristic differences before the ore enters the processing process such as fine crushing and grinding. It is of great and positive significance to protect and reduce carbon in response to climate change. Although the current ore pre-concentration is still developing rapidly, it has gradually formed a mature chain of principles, methods, technologies, equipment, mine applications and effect evaluation. For various reasons, the United States, Japan and other countries do not have an advantage in the field of ore separation. The technology research and development and mining applications in Europe and Australia are relatively advanced. Although Chinese companies started late, they have also developed rapidly. The recent emergence of solution-based integrated technology products for ore enrichment has continued to a certain extent the advantages and market share of advanced European beneficiation companies. The application effect and quantitative evaluation of pre-enrichment technology are mainly reflected in the aspects of grade improvement, waste rock removal, recovery rate, water and energy consumption, and production efficiency. In view of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, sensor technology and big data, ore pre-concentration technology based on advanced sensors is bound to usher in rapid development and large applications.
