| 摘 要： | 广西兴业某锰矿含锰23.59%,主要以软锰矿、硬锰矿的形式存在,原矿中还含镍0.15%,含钴0.07%。通过洗矿、重选、磁选试验研究,确定原矿磨至-0.8 mm,磁场强度为17000Oe,采用一粗、一扫的磁选流程可以获得品位为31.12%、回收率为83.08%的锰精矿。锰精矿含镍0.20%,含钴0.10%,按原矿计算镍、钴的回收率分别为74.61%和75.25%,磁选工艺在锰得到合理分选的同时,有效综合回收了镍和钴。
