地热生产井井筒内流体温度分布预测研究(增刊)

摘    要:本文对比分析了地热生产井和石油生产井生产过程和井筒流体温度状态的特点和区别,针对地热井地层温度和热量传导的特点,运用流体力学基本理论、传热学基本理论,建立了符合地热井特点的井筒轴向温度分布稳态模型。运用此模型,结合A井生产过程中的实际数据,对稳态下生产管柱内流体温度分布特点进行了分析,根据分析结果,得出使用考虑变地温梯度的模型计算结果更符合生产实际,通过优化生产排量和泵管保温层厚度,能够有效的提高产液温度。

Abstract:This article analyses the characteristics and the difference of production process and the wellbore fluid temperature state of geothermal production Wells and oil production Wells, to characteristics of formation temperature and heat conduction of geothermal well, basing on the basic theory of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, a steady state model of shaft axial temperature distribution, according with the characteristics of geothermal well , has been established. Through this model, and combined with the actual data in the producing process of A well, the fluid temperature distribution characteristics inside the production tubing string under steady state is analyzed, according to the analysis results: results calculated through the model with the variable of geothermal gradient is more in line with the actual production, by optimizing the production capacity and pump pipe insulation layer thickness, the producing fluid temperature can be effectively improved.
