在经历严重金融危机后,全球经济逐步企稳,缓慢复苏。矿产品生产、贸易和消费逐月回暖,价格反弹。矿业投资将逐步恢复到金融危机以前的水平,但过度刺激政策可能带来的通胀会影响矿业资本市场。大的矿业项目取得重要进展,非生产性因素仍将对全球矿业造成不良影响。新能源、新材料是实现低碳经济的根本途径,也是未来矿业发展的新方向。我国必须选择符合自身的矿业发展之路,在持续变化的全球矿业格局中占据主动地位。
