煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采与注水降尘一体化应用

摘    要:本文应用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法研究煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采与注水降尘一体化效应,得出在煤层瓦斯压力为0.63MPa,工作面孔隙率0.069,煤层渗透率为1.5×10~(-3)μm~2,在钻孔直径95mm,抽采负压为13kPa时,80m深的瓦斯抽采钻孔有效影响半径为3m,对相同钻孔进行注水降尘48小时后,注水湿润半径为6m。从实际的注水降尘效果可以看出,不同工序下的降尘率均超过了56%,降尘效果明显,实现钻孔"一孔两用"的目标。

Abstract:Mine gas drainage and seam water injection are advocated and promoted in China in recently ,the most can reflect the idea of "prevention first" hazards of eliminate and control technology, are two necessary measures to maintain mine safety and the safety of miners. Gas drainage and seam water injection have large number of applications in coal mining, and both had the same common in many aspects of the principles and applications, therefore, how to combine the characteristics of gas drainage and water injection, and realize the high efficiency utilization of the underground coal seam drilling, has become an important aspect to improve the economic benefits of the coal mine. In this paper, the 1214 working face of the dawn is selected as the research object, and the effective parameters of the borehole layout are determined by numerical calculation. The feasibility of water injection using gas drainage holes is verified by field application, and the one hole with two uses is set up. The research results are directly applied to the 1214 mechanized mining working face, and the working face area dust control effect is significant, which achievse the purpose of safe and efficient production.
