摘    要:为了研究磨矿助剂对磨矿过程中矿浆性质及磨矿能耗的影响,以高磷赤铁矿为研究对象,以油酸钠作助磨剂,进行了磨矿试验,考察了油酸钠在不同磨矿时间下对矿浆pH、矿浆黏度及磨矿效果的影响。结果表明,在磨矿过程中加入的油酸钠对矿浆pH和黏度有明显影响;油酸钠用量为0.5%wt时,具有明显的助磨作用,可使能耗降低36.8%。

Abstract:To study the influence of grinding agent to the grinding energy consumption and the characterization of pulp, the effects of sodium oleate on the grinding efficiency, pH and the viscosity of pulp are investigated during the grinding process. In this investigation, high phosphorus hematite used as the object and the sodium oleate used as grinding agent. The results indicated that sodium oleate which used in the grinding process can clearly affect the pH and viscosity of pulp, and reduce the grinding energy consumption. The best reduce value of grinding efficiency is 36.8% when the dosage of sodium oleate is 0.5%wt.
