倾斜厚煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了确定倾斜厚煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度,以兖矿新疆矿业硫磺沟煤矿为研究对象,分析了倾斜煤层条件下沿空掘巷围岩应力分布及变形特征,不同煤柱宽度的垂直应力分布规律。结果表明:煤柱宽度大于4m时,煤柱内稳定区域增势比较明显,随着煤柱宽度的不断增大,煤柱内稳定核心承载区域不断增大;根据巷道掘进期间垂直应力大小,应力分布规律及围岩巷道稳定性分析确定煤柱合理宽度为4m;现场实测数据表明,窄煤柱宽度为4m时可以有效满足巷道围岩稳定性要求。

Abstract:In order to determine the reasonable width of narrow coal pillars gob-side entry in inclined thick coal seams, the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in the roadway gob-side entry in Xinjiang are analyzed. Width vertical stress distribution law and its influence on roadway deformation. The results show that when the coal pillar width is more than 4m, the stability of the stable area in the coal pillar is obvious, the width of the coal pillar increases continuously, and the stable core bearing area in the coal pillar increases continuously. According to the vertical stress during the tunneling, the stress distribution law And the stability analysis of the surrounding rock roadway determines that the reasonable width of the coal pillar is 4m; the field measured data shows that the width of the narrow coal pillar gob-side entry can effectively meet the stability requirements of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
