纳米比亚湖山铀矿空气间隔装药试验研究

摘    要:基于湖山铀矿降低火工品消耗的现场需求,本文分析了空气间隔装药理论及合理空气柱长度计算方法,总结了现有的空气间隔装置,在利用弹性理论计算合理空气间隔长度后于纳米比亚湖山铀矿爆破施工现场开展了空气间隔装药爆破试验。运用爆破块度分析、铲装速率及火工品消耗统计等方法,得到了常规连续柱状装药及空气间隔装药条件下的爆破效果。试验效果表明:相对于连续柱状装药区域,空气间隔装药区域火工品消耗降低了24%,X_(50)增大约21%,但铲装速度仅下降了3.5%,空气间隔装药技术具有明显的经济价值和技术价值。本文为矿山降低火工品消耗、提升经济效益指明了方向,为同类型矿山爆破工艺优化提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the field demand of reducing explosive consumption of Husab Uranium Mine, the theory of air-deck charging blasting and reasonable air column length calculation method were analyzed, and the existing air-deck devices were summarized in the present paper. A comparison air-deck charging blasting trial was carried out in Husab Uranium Mine after the reasonable air column length calculation, and the fragmentation size, loading rate and explosive consumption were studied to access the blasting results of conventional blast and air-deck charging blast. The obtained results show that the explosive consumptions is reduced approximately 24%, X50 increases about 21%, but loading rate just decreases about 3.5%, which point out the obvious economic and technological value of of air-deck charging technique. This paper can provide guidance of the explosive consumption reduction and blasting process optimization for Husab Uranium Mine, and technical reference of the similar mines.
