含钪稀土矿提钪浸出剂选择试验研究

摘    要:对含钪稀土矿进行了光谱分析、化学成分分析及主要矿物含钪量的测定,根据稀土矿的性质,本研究选择了盐酸、硫酸、硝酸三种浸出剂,拟定了不同的方案进行选择浸出剂试验研究。在影响稀土矿浸出钪因素研究方面,主要进行了浸出浓度、浸出液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间、浸出粒度的试验研究。试验表明:在最佳试验条件下,硫酸的钪浸出率为58.18%;硝酸的钪浸出率为50.73%;盐酸的钪浸出率为59.34%。盐酸的浸出效果最好,本研究选择盐酸做浸出剂。

Abstract:Spectrum analysis, chemic component analysis and scandium content have been made in main mineral measurement on rare earth with Sc in the paper. Based on characters of lathonon, we select hydrochloric acid , vitriol and nitric acid as leach agent and make different blueprints to accomplish the experimental research about selecting leach agent. In the aspect of rare earth leach scandium, we research leach density, leach liquid to solid rate, leach temperature, leach time, leach granule rate and leach solution. This experiment claims that in the optimal experimental ambience , leach rate of vitriol is 58.18%, the leach rate of nitric acid is 50.73% and the leach rate of hydrochloric acid is 59.34%. Among them , hydrochloric acid has the best effect , there fore this experiment choose it as the leach agent.
