构建科学的国有企业经营者绩效考评理论模型

摘    要:我国国有企业经营者绩效考评的现状是理论研究落后于实践的发展和需要,缺乏一个科学的理论模式指导绩效考评的建设。针对国有企业经营者绩效考评的现状,本文探讨用系统思考、目标管理、股东价值最大化、委托代理、利益相关者、平衡计分卡和360度反馈评价等理论,分析和构建了一个科学的国有企业经营者绩效考评理论模型。

Abstract:The actuality of top manager's performance appraisal of Chinese stated-owned enterprises in that theory research is behind practice development and need,there is on a scientific theory model to guide the building of performance appraisal.According to the actuality of top manager's per-ormance appraisal of stated-owned enterprises,this paper applies systems thinking theory,management by objectives,shareholder value maximize theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,the balanced scorecard and 360-degree feedback to analyze and build a scientific theory model of top manager's performance appraisal of stated-owned enterprises.
