摘    要:企业的安全投入与安全管理水平有着重要关系。为动态反应企业安全管理水平,本文利用系统动力学的理论和方法,构建了安全投入与安全管理水平系统因果反馈图和系统流量图。在通过层次分析法得到评价指标权重的基础上,以常州西源污水处理有限公司为例,利用Vensimple软件进行了仿真模拟。实验结果表明:建立的企业安全管理SD模型可定量预测企业安全管理水平的发展趋势,通过调整企业安全管理各子系统的投入比例可确定最佳投入方案,为企业安全投入决策提供了依据。

Abstract:It is an important relationship between enterprise safety investment and safety management level. In order to dynamically reflect the safety management level of enterprises, we use the theory and method of system dynamics to construct the causal feedback diagram and system flow chart of safety investment and safety management level. Based on the weight of the evaluation index obtained by AHP, we take Changzhou Xiyuan Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. as an example, and use Vensimple software to simulate. The experimental results show that: the SD model of enterprise safety management can quantitatively predict the development trend of enterprise safety management level; the best investment scheme can be determined by adjusting the investment proportion of each subsystem of enterprise safety management, which provides the basis for enterprise safety investment decision.
