粘土—有机物夹层复合物的形成及应用

摘    要:利用粘土类矿物具有活性的层间域作为化学反应的场所,制备一类分子级的新型粘土-有机物夹层复合物功能材料,已得到国内外科学家们的广泛关注。本文从蒙脱石和高岭石的基本物化特性入手,阐述了典型的2:1型和1:1型粘土类矿物层间与有机物作用的机理,比较了二者的异同.并简要说明了粘土-有机夹层复合物形成过程中的主要影响因素及关键问题。对此类材料的发展现状及其在高分子材料、有机反应催化剂、高性能陶瓷、全固态电池等领域的研究和应用情况亦作了简介。

Abstract:The preparation of new molecule clay-compound material with organic matter interlayers used asthe place of chemical reaction has paid the wide attention to by homestic and foreign scientists. Ac-cording to basal physicochemical natures of montmoril onite and kaolinite, this paper deseribes themechanism of action of the interiayers of typial 2:1 type and 1:1 type clay-like minerals with organ-ic matter; compares the differences of both; briefly explains the main influence factors and keys dtlringformation of clay-cornpound material with organic matter; briefly introduces development and stattlsquo of this material, research on it and its application in molymer material, organic reaction catalyst,high-performance ceramics and in other fields.
