“超贫磁铁矿”的选矿问题研究

摘    要:本文对“超贫磁铁矿”选矿技术和经济效益进行了探讨。采用“超粗磨大粒度粗选抛尾”的阶段磨选流程,使粗磨生产率提高2倍以上,可大幅度降低选矿加工费,因此处理原矿品位为17%,选矿比为5.8的超贫磁铁矿仍能获得较大的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper, the conecntration technology of "ultra-low-grade magnetite"and its economic bene-fit are discussed. A flowsheet of grinding and separating in stages is carried out for processing this kindof ore. In the process, the primary grinding is an "ultra-coarse grinding", so the bulk of the gangueof extremely coarse particle size is ejected in the rouphing stage. Thus the capacity of the primarygrinding can be increased more than twice. The operting cost per unit ore will be reduced by a greatextent. Higer economic benefit may be obtained to process the ore with grade 17% and concentrationratio 5.8.
