| 摘 要： | 传统岩石薄片图像采集是在观察薄片的基础上,选择有代表性的位置进行图像采集,虽然具有一定的典型性、代表性,但也有观察人员的主观性和随机性,不能反映出整张薄片的性质。国土资源实物地质资料中心(简称实物资料中心)开展的全幅面采集,是对岩石薄片整张全自动采集,包括自动移动、自动聚焦、自动拼接等,图像采集过程区别于常规显微图像采集方式,是实物薄片信息采集、保存、分析的革命性新方法,满足了实物地质资料数字化的原始性、真实性、完整性,采集到的图像还适用于薄片矿物分析、粒度分析及回溯性鉴定、专题研究等。
