摘    要:文章分析了江西省矿产资源概况和基本特点,结合调研,分析了地方在推动矿业绿色高质量发展中的典型做法:(1)政府和部门高度重视矿业绿色转型,(2)强化矿产资源规划的战略引领作用;(3)坚持一矿一策,差别化、精细化推进工作;(4)创新矿产资源开发方式和模式;(5)建立三维模型,强化在线动态监管。同时,分析了存在的主要问题,最后提出了相关政策建议。

Abstract:This paper analyses the general situation and basic characteristics of mineral resources in Jiangxi Province, and analyses the typical practices of promoting green and high-quality development of mining industry in the light of investigation and research: (1) the government and departments attach great importance to the green transformation of mining industry, (2) strengthen the strategic leading role of mineral resources planning, (3) adhere to the one-mine-one-strategy, poor. To promote the work of differentiation and refinement; (4) to innovate the mode and mode of mineral resources development; (5) to establish three-dimensional model and strengthen online dynamic supervision. At the same time, the main problems are analyzed, and the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
