自制孔底起爆药包的研究

摘    要:本文通过比较炮孔孔底与孔口起爆的优劣,阐明了孔底起爆在中深孔爆破中的优势。并着重介绍了一种矿山能自行制造的、适用于中深孔压气装药的组合式管状孔底起爆药包,和为保证该药包使用安全所进行的抗静电、抗冲击试验,以及在现场进行的静电测试结果。以上这些对于地下矿山具有一定的参改与实用价值。

Abstract:Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the borehole-bottom detonating with the collardetonating, this paper describes the superiorities of the borehole-bottom detonating in the mid-depthborehole blasting; particularly introduces a kind of the composite tubular borehole-bottom detonatingcharges applying to the mid-depth borehole phneumatic charging and can be made by mine oneself;outlines the anti-electrostatic and anti-percussion tests for safely using the charges, and gives the re-sults of the field electrostatic measurement. All thise present certain reference and application values tothe underground mines.
