基于BSC的矿井建设工程项目绩效评价指标体系设计

矿井建设工程一项复杂的系统工程,由于矿建工程的特殊性,必须加强矿井建设的绩效评价。而传统的矿建工程绩效评价主要从质量、安全、进度、成本等方面进行简单的评价,评价指标单一并缺乏系统性,基于此本文以平衡计分卡的管理思想为指导,结合矿井建设工程项目的特殊性,设计了矿井建设工程项目管理高绩效的战略地图,并据此构建了矿井建设工程项目绩效评价指标体系,以实现战略和绩效评价的有效衔接,促进矿井建设工程项目管理绩效的改善。

Mine construction is a complicated project. Due to the particularity of the mine project, it must strengthen the performance appraisal of mine construction. Traditional performance appraisal of the mine construction is mainly from the aspects of quality, safety, schedule, cost, etc. the appraisal is simple with single appraisal indexes.So this paper takes BSC as the instruction, design the mine construction engineering project management of the high performance strategy map according to the particularity of mine construction project, and construct the mine construction project performance evaluation index system, so as to realize the effective connection strategy and performance appraisal and promote the improvement of the mine construction project management performance.
