巨野煤田郭屯矿井钻井法凿井技术研究

摘    要:钻井法凿井技术在我国煤矿建设中取得了巨大的发展。但是,在山东省巨野煤田郭屯矿井,新生界冲积地层深近570m,大大超过了钻井法已经达到的440m冲积层深度。在郭屯煤矿,钻凿深约610m的井筒给施工技术带来严峻的挑战。本文对用钻井法施工郭屯煤矿井筒的可行性进行了探讨,为解决郭屯矿井凿井技术课题提出了建议。

Abstract:The technology of large diameter shaft boring had notablely been developed for constructing coal mine shaft in China.However,the thickncss of Cainozoic group alluvium is 570m at Guo Tun coal mine that will be constructcd at Ju Ye coal field in Shandong province,it is greatly larger than 440m that is the most thickness of alluvium passed by shaft boring method in China at present.Boring a 610m deep large diameter hole and lining shaft at Guo Tun coal mine is a challenge for constructing technology.In this paper,The feasibility of shaft boring at Guo Tun coal mine was discusscd,and questions for study were suggestcd.
