摘    要:尾矿砂堆坝速率对尾矿坝安全运行有重大影响。为探讨某新建尾矿库的最大安全堆坝速率。通过有限元流固耦合法分析不同堆坝速率对尾矿坝的安全影响机理,确定合理的堆坝速率。研究表明,随尾砂堆坝速度增大,尾矿粒间有效应力增长速度趋缓,孔隙水压力增长速度趋陡,抬升浸润线埋深,增大下滑力。同时,降低固结度,降低尾砂力学强度,减小抗滑力,从而降低尾矿坝稳定性。综合抗滑稳定系数、最小浸润线埋深以及固结度确定某新建尾矿库的最大安全堆坝速率为15m/a。尾矿安全极限堆坝速率随弹性模量、渗透系数、粘聚力、内摩擦角增大而线性增大,随堆积坝高度增大而线性减小,随干密度、堆积坝坡比先升后降,呈抛物线型关系,存在堆坝速率最大值。

Abstract:The speed of the tailings dam has a significant impact on the safe operation of the tailings dam. In order to explore the maximum safe up-dam speed of a new tailings pond. The finite element fluid-solid coupling method is used to analyze the safety impact mechanism of different up-dam speeds on the tailings dam, and to determine a reasonable speed of the up-dam. The research shows that with the increase of up-dam speed, the growth rate of effective stress between tailings particles becomes slower, the growth rate of pore water pressure becomes steeper, the uplift wetting line is buried deeper, and the sliding force increases. At the same time, the consolidation degree is reduced, the mechanical strength of the tailings is reduced, and the anti-sliding force is reduced, thereby reducing the stability of the tailings dam. The maximum safe dam speed of a new tailings pond is determined to be 15m/a based on the comprehensive anti-sliding stability coefficient, the minimum wetting line depth and the degree of consolidation. The upper dam velocity increases with the increase of elastic modulus, permeability coefficient, cohesion and internal friction angle. It decreases with the increase of the height of the accumulation dam. With the dry density and stacking dam slope ratio, it first increases and then decreases, showing a parabolic relationship, and there is a maximum value of the stacking dam rate.
