铜渣选矿碎磨流程优化探讨

摘    要:对目前铜渣选矿碎磨流程主要流程进行了探讨。分析了“传统三段破碎+球磨”与“破碎+半自磨+球磨”(SAB)工艺的技术特性。“传统三段破碎+球磨”系统具有灵活度高、磨矿易控制、运行成本低等优势,但照搬传统矿山破碎技术处理冶金渣,存在效率低,流程长等问题,适宜于中小处理量选矿流程;“破碎+半自磨+球磨”(SAB)工艺具有流程简单、工艺环节少、占地面积小、粉尘少等优势,在较大规模选矿系统具有良好的技术优势。然而,铜渣选矿作为铜冶炼配套工艺,一般仅为中小规模。近年来的应用表明SAB工艺存在运行成本高、投资大、磨浮过程波动大、磨矿系统运转率低、适应性差等矛盾,在节能降耗、拉闸限电的大背景下,这类矛盾日益突出。针对上述问题,结合专门的冶金渣破碎技术装备大型化成果,根据实际的工业实践,探讨了以新型振动细碎技术为核心,优化铜渣破磨工艺的技术方案,形成了适用于中小规模铜渣选矿工艺的投资与运维成本少、配置灵活、磨矿系统运转率高的破磨工艺,可为铜渣选矿的流程设计提供更适宜的依据,具有良好的参考价值。

Abstract:The main crushing and grinding processes of copper slag beneficiation are discussed. The technical characteristics of "Traditional Three-stage Crushing + Ball Milling" and "Crushing + Semi autogenous mill + Ball milling" (SAB) processes are analyzed. "Traditional three-stage crushing + ball milling" system has the advantages of high flexibility, easy grinding control and low operation cost. However, copying the traditional mine crushing technology to crush metallurgical slag has the problems of low efficiency and long process, which is suitable for the beneficiation process with small and medium processing capacity; "Crushing + Semi autogenous mill + Ball milling" (SAB) process has the advantages of simple process, less process links, small floor area and less dust. It has good technical advantages in large-scale beneficiation system. However, as a supporting process of copper smelting, copper slag beneficiation is generally only small and medium-sized. The application in recent years shows that SAB process has some contradictions, such as high operation cost, large investment, large fluctuation in grinding and flotation process, low operation rate of grinding system and so on. Under the background of energy saving and power limiting, such contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. In view of the above problems, combined with the achievements of special metallurgical slag crushing technology and equipment, and according to the actual industrial practice, this paper discusses the technical scheme of optimizing the copper slag crushing process with the new vibration fine crushing technology as the core, and forms a crushing process suitable for small and medium-sized copper slag beneficiation process with less investment and operation and maintenance cost, flexible configuration and high operation rate of grinding system, which can provide a more suitable basis for the process design of copper slag beneficiation, It has good reference value.
