一种粗煤泥分级分选设备的研制

摘    要:针对粗煤泥分级分选的工艺要求,研制出MJXJ型粗煤泥分级分选设备,并分析了MJXJ型粗煤泥分级分选机的工作原理。阐述了分选机的工艺系统,它是由入料系统和上升水流供给系统组成的。文中对设备机械结构进行了设计,内容包括水力分级旋流器装置、上升水流分选装置和控制系统装置。借助PIV(三维粒子成像测速系统)技术对上升流流场进行了测试和分析,指出此项技术对实践应用和优化结构设计具有现实指导意义。与同类型粗煤泥分选设备相比,可降低建设投资和运行成本20%,节省厂房体积30%~50%。

Abstract:Aiming at technics requirement of coarse slime grading separation,the paper empoldered out MJXJ type coarse slime grading separation equipment,and analyzed on its work principle.The paper expounded on separation technics system,the equipment consisted of feed system and ascending flow system.The paper designed mechanism structure,which included hydraulic grading circle flow equipment,ascending flow separation equipment and controling equipment.It tested ascending flow field by PIV technology,and pointed out the technology realism guidance meaning for practice and optimizing constructure design.The equipment could debase 20% of construction investment and run cost,and save 30%-50% of workshop volume
