助磨剂提高鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率试验研究

摘    要:对鲕状赤铁矿的磨矿工艺进行了优化,并研究了六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、Z-164D三种助磨剂对鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率的影响。结果表明:在相同磨矿条件下,当磨矿浓度80%时,三种助磨剂在最佳用量时可使磨矿产品中-0.074mm粒级含量分别提高30.25、29.83和30.15个百分点;但与不添加助磨剂时的最佳磨矿效果(此时,磨矿浓度70%)相比,产品中-0.074mm粒级含量仅分别提高了0.72、0.30和0.62个百分点。在此基础上,研究了助磨剂对鲕状赤铁矿磨矿的矿浆粘度、磨矿产品形貌和磨矿产品表面硬度等变化的作用,揭示了助磨剂提高鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率的作用机理。

Abstract:The grinding process of oolitic hematite was optimized. The effect of SHMP, STPP and Z164-D on the grinding efficiency of oolitic hematite was studied in this paper. Tests results showed that the content of -0.074 mm in the ground product respectively increased by 30.25, 29.83 and 30.15 percentage points under the same grinding conditions for using appropriate dosage of three grinding aids when grinding consistency was 80 percent. Compared with the best grinding condition without grinding aids, grinding consistency was 70 percent at this point, the content of -0.074 mm in the ground product only increased by 0.72, 0.30 and 0.62 percentage points respectively. Based on above, the mechanism how grinding aids improved the grinding efficiency of oolitic hematite was revealed through the changes of pulp viscosity, the surface experience of particles and the hardness of products.
