组合捕收剂对某石英型萤石矿的浮选试验研究(增刊)

摘    要:江西某石英型萤石矿,其中大部分萤石与石英紧密连生,造成单体解离困难,从而影响矿物选别指标。化学多元素分析结果表明,矿石中CaF2品位为67.86%,SiO2、CaO、Al2O3含量较高,分别为19.04%、5.91%和3.32%。这表明矿石中脉石以石英和硅酸盐矿物为主,其他成分含量较少。本文探究了油酸钠(NaOl)和叔十二烷基硫醇(TDM)组合捕收剂对该石英型萤石矿的浮选效果,并对捕收剂进行了表面张力测定。浮选结果表明,组合捕收剂在矿浆pH为9.5,油酸钠和叔十二烷基硫醇摩尔比为8:2时,对萤石的浮选指标最好,通过1粗4精3扫全闭路浮选流程可获得CaF2品位为94.06%,回收率为99.55%的高品级萤石精矿。捕收剂的表面张力测试表明,组合捕收剂的CMC值略小于油酸钠,且在气—液界面的分子排列紧密度高于油酸钠。因此,相比于油酸钠来说,组合捕收剂可以更好的改变矿物表面的疏水能力。上述研究成果可为嵌布粒度细的石英型萤石矿的有效回收利用提供技术支持。

Abstract:In a quartz type fluorite deposit in Jiangxi Province, most of the fluorite is closely associated with quartz, causing difficulty in monomer dissociation, which affects mineral separation indicators. The grade of CaF2 in the ore is 67.86%, and the contents of SiO2, CaO and Al2O3 are high, which are 19.04%, 5.91% and 3.32% respectively. This shows that the vein stone in the ore is mainly quartz and silicate minerals, and the content of other components is less. This paper explores the flotation effect of a mixed collector of sodium oleate (NaOl) and tert dodecyl mercaptan (TDM) on quartz fluorite ore. The flotation results show that the mixed collector has the best collection performance for fluorite when the pulp pH is 9.5 and the molar ratio of NaOl to TDM is 8:2. A high-grade fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 94.06% and recovery rate of 99.55% can be obtained through the full closed-circuit process of 1 coarse, 4 fine and 3 sweeping. The surface tension tests of the collector show that the CMC value of the mixed collector was slightly less than that of NaOl and the molecular arrangement of the mixed collector is closer than that of NaOl. Therefore, compared with NaOl, the mixed collector can better change the hydrophobic capacity of mineral surface. The above research results can provide a basis for the effective recovery and utilization of quartz fluorite ore with fine particle size.
