| 摘 要： | 海洋油气勘探开发蓬勃发展，储量和产量不断攀升，在世界油气产量的比例不断增加，特别是深水油气勘探已成为世界石油工业新亮点。从油气资源及分布入手，文章详细介绍了全球海上油气资源勘探开发的基本状况，总结了国外海上油气勘探开发的基本经验，探讨了全球海洋油气勘探开发的发展趋势，并对促进我国海上油气勘探开发提出了一些建议和意见。

| Abstract: | Exploitation of global offshore oil and gas shows fast growth since 1990s, and petroleum reserves and production from global offshore continually have been increasing in recent decade. Especially, Deep-water petroleum exploitation expands so rapid that it has already become new focus of world oil industry. Starting analysis of potential of petroleum resources, the paper introduces in detail the status of global offshore petroleum exploration and development, and sums up successful experiences of international offshore exploitation, and probes its developing trend in next decades. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve China~ s offshore oil and gas industry. |
