马头尾矿用于胶结充填材料的试验研究

为研究马头尾矿用于胶结充填井下空区的可行性,测量和分析了马头尾矿的基础物理参数和化学组成,并制备不同配比的充填试块。分别测定养护龄期为7d、14d和28d的单轴抗压强度,分析充填试块抗压强度随料浆浓度、砂灰比和养护时间三因素的变化趋势。试验结果为:通过改进尾颗粒分布,能够实现尾矿充填,建议矿山采用膏体充填。

Experimental Study of Matou Tailings for Cemented Filling Materials

In order to research on the feasibility of backfilling the mined-out area with Matou tailings and Potland cement, basic physical parameters of Matou tailings were measured and chemical composition was analyzed and filling samples of different blending ratios were prepared. Test the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling samples of curing ages 7,14 and 28,and analyze the changing trend of uniaxial compressive strength with the three factors of the concentration of slurry,aggregate-cement ratio and curing age. The result of this experiment was that through changing the grain size distribution of Matou tailings, the aggregates can be used to backfill the mined-out area and recommend paste filling.
