| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省的鸡西、鹤岗、双鸭山、七台河是典型的资源型城市。随着煤炭资源的枯竭,对煤炭资源具有很强依赖性的这四个资源型城市,在发展过程中面临前所未有的困难。本文着重分析了黑龙江省煤炭资源型工业基地存在的问题,并提出了煤炭资源型工业基地的振兴策略。

| Abstract: | Jixi, Hegang, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe River of Heilongjiang Province are the typical resource type city. With the exhaustion of coals resources, facing the unprecedented difficulty to these four resource type cities with very strong dependence of coal resource in the course of development. This article analyzes the existing problem in the coal resource type industrial base of Heilongjiang Province emphatically, and put forwards the development tactics of the coal resource type industrial base. |
